Norven Studios was founded in 2019 by two friends who shared a common interest in game and software development. With a main focus to create a low cost, class leading animation software that businesses and content creators can use to produce engaging doodle and whiteboard videos. With so much focus on using social media within a business marketing strategy, the software will help content creators create engaging, animated content quickly and easily with powerful animation tools.
Norven Studios explain why they love their job...
“The work we do is a mixture of both highly technical and creative work, it requires a close collaboration between us. Every day is a new challenge which is really exciting, and to see the software gradually come together keeps us highly motivated and excited for its future.
The main project we have been working on is called 'scribbleo'. Software that allows you to create doodle and whiteboard video animations. We designed it to be super easy to use, but also retain a high level of animation control. We wanted to create something that would appeal to content creators, video creators and even professional animators or artists. We're really excited about how this is coming together, and we are very close to launching the initial Alpha testing phase. “Like so many businesses, we have spent the past few years working from home, which has largely been fine. But we felt we needed a working space that would allow our small team to work closer together, especially at a crucial time within our company where tight collaboration was needed. The Yeovil Innovation centre we felt provided modern, good quality, spacious accommodation, situated in a good local location to our team.
The location was a key factor in choosing YIC as our main base of operations. We also believe the facilities fitted well with how we wish to be perceived, as a modern innovative company.”
